Obligor should be responsible for the authenticity of the notice. If the notice is not true, Obligor should charge the full liability.

When received obligor's notice which contains all above info.Inshow.com will delete the tortious opus, or cut the link, and transmit the notice to the opus provider.

Reply Notify Process

Opus provider received the inshow.com transmit notice, don’t think the opus violate the rights of others, Can refer the reply notify to Inshow.com, Request Inshow.com to comeback the delete or cut link opus. Reply notice should obligor autograph, if obligor is artificial person or other organization, Should also stamp the cachet.

Reply notice should contain follow contents:

（1） Name of provider, Contact info, Address,the copy of ID card ,the copy of the artificial person or other organization.

（2） Opus name and internet address of should comeback delete or cut the link.

（3）Material which can prove the opus wasn't be tortious, Contain but not limit opus' copyright or have transmit right in internet, invent script,authority organization prove the opus's invent time,list evidence prove the fact of tortious.

Opus provider should with responsibility for the notice's facticity.If notice's content is not true, Obligor should be charged with full responsibility.

When received obligor's notice which contains all above info.Inshow.com will comeback delete the tortious opus, or cut the link, And transmit the notice to the opus obligor. The action of comeback delete opus or cut opus’ link doesn’t be charged with any law responsible.

Obligor can't notify again to delete this opus or cut the opus' link.
